These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of homevantage.net (the "Site"), operated by HomeVantage LLC ("HomeVantage," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational only — not a quote or professional advice

The content on the Site, including any pricing ranges, cost guides, timelines, and articles, is provided for general informational purposes only. Cost figures are estimates, not quotes or offers, and actual pricing depends on an in-home assessment and the specifics of your project. Nothing on the Site creates a contract for services or constitutes professional, legal, or construction advice. Any project is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and HomeVantage.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, images, logos, and design — are owned by HomeVantage or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information or another person's information without authorization.

Form submissions

When you submit a request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, and you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that content is current or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeVantage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These limitations apply only to your use of the Site; they do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and they do not apply to (and have no effect on) any signed construction agreement, which separately governs project work and liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeVantage and its owner and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of information that is false or that you were not authorized to provide.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and HomeVantage regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
