Summit Mobility Incorporated is a licensed real estate broker and therefore is entitled to a referral fee for referring a buyer or seller with a Realtor within its network. The majority of that fee is used as your rebate. Summit Mobility must place the real estate referral within its broker network and the real estate transaction must close. The participating homeowner receives their cash back dividend within 30 days of closing. Rebates are based upon a minimum commission of 3% being paid to the HomeVantage selected broker involved in your side of the transaction. If less than 3%, your rebate may be reduced proportionally and less than the calculated estimate. Rebates on new construction purchases may also differ and will be calculated on the base price, not upgraded price. You can only participate in one rebate program per transaction. If you list your property or obligate yourself with a real estate brokerage on your own and outside of the HomeVantage plan, you may have jeopardized your eligibility to receive a rebate. It is very important that all parties to the transaction are notified about the Rebate Program in advance and have agreed to these terms.
